Su1622 Cannulation of Intradiverticular Papillae At ERCP: a Successful Stepwise Approach Using Advanced Techniques

      Periampullary duodenal diverticula (PDD) challenge ERCP cannulation in 10-30% of cases, especially in the elderly. When the ampulla is located inside the diverticulum, many advanced techniques to gain deep access have been described including percutaneous or EUS rendezvous. We describe a consecutive series of patients (pts) with intradiverticular papillae (IDP) requiring ERCP using a logical sequence of simple, cost-effective techniques to achieve deep access for endotherapy.
