      Argon-plasma coagulation (APC) is a widely used, contact-free, operator dependent endoscopic ablation technique for the eradication of BE with the relevant risk of stricture formation and buried metaplastic glands under a layer of neosquamous epithelium. Novel hybrid ablation method based on combination of APC and submucosal saline injection (Hybrid APC) has been recently developed to overcome these disadvantages [1].
