49 Colorectal Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (CR-ESD), Knife-Assisted Snare Resection (KAR) and Recurrence Rate: A Prospective Cohort Study in Spain

      Performing CR-ESD is gradually increasing in Western countries. However, the procedure remains challenging in this setting and surveillance studies outside the Asian countries are not fully described. Additionally, a novel technique of knife-assisted snare resection (KAR) for CR tumors has been recently reported. However, some of the latter eventually require a piecemeal resection (p-KAR). A comparison between these two techniques is lacking.
