206 An International, Multicenter, Comparative Trial of Eus-Guided Gastrogastrostomy-Assisted Ercp Versus Enteroscopy-Assisted Ercp in Patients With Roux-En-Y Gastric Bypass Anatomy

ERCP is challenging in patients with RYGB anatomy, with cannulation rates of enteroscopy-assisted ERCP (e-ERCP) reported at 40-70%. EUS-guided gastrogastric (GG) fistula creation is a promising novel technique to access the excluded stomach in order to facilitate conventional ERCP. While EUS-GG-ERCP potentially offers multiple advantages in these patients, it is currently unknown how this approach compares to e-ERCP.
