1151 Multicenter Feasibility Study of Combined Injection and Argon Plasma Coagulation (Hybrid-APC) in the Ablation Therapy of Neoplastic Barrett Esophagus

      In the treatment of neoplastic Barrett esophagus (BE), combined endoscopic resection and ablation of the entire BE has become standard. As an alternative to radiofrequency ablation (RFA), argon plasma coagulation (APC) had recently been combined with prior submucosal injection (Hybrid-APC, H-APC) and found to be successful in a small pilot study.
