A 60-year-old man with a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hyperlipidemia
presented with abdominal pain and distention. CT of the abdomen and pelvis revealed
significant distention of the stomach with duodenal (D2-D4) compression (A and B, blue arrows) due to a 7.7-cm abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) (A and B, red arrows). The patient underwent nasogastric tube decompression and enteroscopy to assist
in surgical planning for surgical repair.
