A 71-year-old man was admitted to our department because of dilatation of the main
pancreatic duct. He had a medical history of recurrent cholecystitis, cholangiolithiasis,
and cholangitis. His symptoms improved after endoscopic treatment, and a history of
biliary stent implantation was reported during this period.
